There are many Caribbean Islands you might want to visit on your next vacation. Although they are all beautiful, each island has it’s own special features so you might want to choose them depending on your favorite vacation activities. Anguilla - This island is known for it’s beautiful beaches and exotic resorts. A very small and quite island for a relaxing vacation.
Antiqua - Here you will find many historical landmarks as well as over 300 beaches. Accommodations can be found for every budget.
Aruba - This island is a favorite Caribbean vacation spot with it’s gorgeous white sand beaches and great shopping. About ¼ of the island is taken up by Arikok National Park where you can walk the trails.
Barbados - A great place to play tourist, Barbados is a bit more refined that some of the other Caribbean islands and has more to do than the others as well.
Bonaire - This island has some of the best diving and snorkeling with it’s great reef that is just off the beach. The island itself is actually the exposed top of a giant underground mountain and you can literally walk out to the coral reefs from the beach.
Cancun - A hotspot for those who love to party at night and take in the beautiful beaches during the day, Cancun is particularly popular with students on break. This island also has some great Mayan ruins.
Cayman Islands - Lots of diving on the Caymans as well as beautiful scenery.
Cozumel - Rated among the worlds best diving areas, Cozumel has some of the clearest waters as well as over 200 varieties of fish.
Dominica - Hike among some of the worlds last rain forests on this beautiful and lush island.
Dominican Republic - The Dominican Republic on Hispaniola has a great variety of lodging, beaches and sightseeing.
Guadeloupe - Climb a live volcano on this French island.
Jamaica - A favorite spot for all inclusive vacations, this island offers beaches, deserts and mountains.
Puerto Rico - Easily accessible, commonwealth of the U.S. offers great beaches as well as scenic mountainous terrain.
St. Lucia - Bask on exotic black sand beaches amidst the rain forests and mountainous terrain at this favorite honeymoon spot.
Trinidad - One of the southernmost islands, Trinidad has more species of exotic birds and animals than anywhere else in the Caribbean.
Virgins Islands - Although there is about 70 of them, only 3 are frequented. St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas are all popular vacation spots and each has something different to offer.
